In today’s sermon, Paul walks us through the definition of Christian contentment and how we can apply that in our daily lives. The definition of Christian contentment we will be looking at today is taken from The Rare Jewel of Christian Contentment by Jeremiah Burroughs. “Christian contentment is that sweet, inward, quiet, gracious frame of spirit, which freely submits to and delights in God’s wise and fatherly disposal in every condition.”
